Payment & Checkout:
We accept payments through PayPal, the world's best and secure online payment system.
If you don't have a PayPal account you can enter your credit card details directly on the PayPal page after you fill in our payment form. This means your details are secure with a world renowned payment company and we don't store any of your credit card details.
You can even make a PayPal payment from your Bank Account- just choose "e-cheque" option from your PayPal page.
But if you're not comfortable with PayPal please contact us and we'll work something out.

Shipping:
We offer free shipping within Australia.
Your order will be shipped via Australia Post express or registered service with tracking number. You will find the tracking number via PayPal after we have sent your package.

Refund & Exchange Policy:
If you change your mind and it is still within 14 days of purchase, we are happy to exchange or accept returns for a refund. However, the item/s must be returned in the original condition and the shipping cost will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Faults:
In the unlikely event that you should receive the wrong item, we will of course exchange it free of cost.
We take extremely good care in checking the items before we ship them. However, human errors can occur.
Should you receive an item that is faulty please contact us via email first and we will then arrange exchange at our cost.

Measurements & Sizing:
We provide detailed measurements on every item we sell, please just click the item and you will see them.
We are generous sizing and very similar to the main brands in major retailers.
